About Westchester Premier Builders

Westchester Premier Builders is a residential remodeling contractor based in Pleasantville, NY. The company has been in business since 1988.

The owner is Anthony Quattrone, who has more than 40 years of experience in the trade. He is hands-on. The person who comes to your house and gives you the estimate is the person who runs the work. He is not a salesman who hands the job to a crew you have never met.

This company takes on full projects only. No handyman work, no small repairs. Projects start at $40,000. That is a choice, not a drawback. It tells the right homeowner they are in the right place, and it saves everyone else a phone call.

Services

Remodeling Services in Westchester County

Four kinds of work, all residential, all run by the owner. Each is a full project — not a patch job.

Kitchen Remodeling

We take kitchens down to the studs and rebuild them — new layouts, cabinets, counters, floors, lighting, plumbing, and electrical. Anthony Quattrone looks at the space with you, gives you a real estimate, and stays on the job while the work is done. We pull the permits the town requires, schedule the trades, and keep the site clean. Whether it is a galley kitchen opened up to the next room or a full replacement in place, the project is run by the same person who priced it.

Bathroom Remodeling

We remodel bathrooms completely — vanities, tile, shower and tub, plumbing, lighting, ventilation, and finish work. Anthony comes to the house, talks through what you want, and gives you a free estimate, and the crew that does the work is the crew you meet. We pull the permits and run the trades in order so the room comes back together cleanly. From a small hall bath to a primary suite, the job is run by the owner, not handed off.

Home Additions

We build additions that connect to the house you already have — another bedroom, another bathroom, more living space, or a bigger kitchen. The foundation, framing, roof, windows, electrical, plumbing, and finish work are all done by one crew under Anthony's supervision. We pull the building permits the town requires and coordinate the inspections. An addition is a large project, and it is run by the owner who looked at your house and gave you the estimate, start to finish.
